Release Boundary Review

Find the gap between checks that ran and a release decision you can actually defend. KaldenFrame reviews one public repository and one named release path, then returns a concrete map of the missing boundaries and the order in which to fix them.

If an internal maintainer or AI-assisted review already produces a repository-cited decision map and ordered remediation you trust, keep it. The $450 fee is for a bounded, repository-specific review—not a generic AI summary. Scope is confirmed by email before payment; no web checkout is active.

01Public evidence only

The review uses the repository, workflow files, release records, and documentation already visible to the public.

02Decision-specific analysis

The report is organized around the exact release decision named in the accepted intake.

03Prioritized next actions

Recommendations distinguish immediate boundary fixes from later hardening and optional system changes.

Use it when

Your pipeline is green, but the release claim is still larger than the evidence.

A passing workflow can show that commands returned successfully without proving which exact artifact was evaluated, whether a preflight failure consumed an attempt, or whether the evidence is sufficient for promotion. This review traces those boundaries through the public repository and makes the decision contract explicit.

What you receive

A report built for implementation, not theater.

01 / Map

Release-decision map

The named release path, inputs, transformations, identities, evidence, gates, outputs, and final decision are traced as they exist now.

02 / Diagnose

Boundary and gap analysis

Ambiguous artifact identity, evidence admission, attempt accounting, provenance, and fail-open conditions are called out with repository references.

03 / Sequence

Prioritized roadmap

Each recommendation includes its purpose and implementation order so the highest-consequence uncertainty is addressed first.

Included scope & purchase pathOpen exact inclusions, the four request-to-delivery steps, and explicit exclusions.

Included

One bounded review with a defined exit.

  • Accepted intakeOne public GitHub repository, one named release workflow or path, and one release decision to evaluate.
  • Written reportA repository-specific decision map, findings, evidence references, boundaries, and prioritized implementation roadmap.
  • Five-business-day deliveryDelivery is due within five business days after scope acceptance, complete intake, and payment confirmation.
  • One follow-upOne consolidated follow-up email submitted within seven calendar days after delivery.

Purchase path

Confirm fit before money changes hands.

  1. 01
Check the boundary, then send the public repository and objective.

The browser-local fit check distinguishes standard scope, custom scope, and work outside the service before you name the release path and decision.

  2. 02
    Receive written scope confirmation.

KaldenFrame confirms whether the repository fits the fixed scope and identifies any missing intake information.

  3. 03
    Confirm payment and start.

Payment instructions and the start date are provided only after scope acceptance. Delivery timing begins after both payment and complete intake are confirmed.

  4. 04
Receive the report and follow up.

The report is delivered by email, followed by one consolidated clarification round if requested on time.

Out of scope

A narrow review is useful because its boundary is visible.

  • Private repositories, credentials, secrets, customer data, or non-public internal systems
  • Code implementation, workflow modification, deployment, monitoring, or ongoing support
  • Penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, security certification, or compliance attestation
  • Legal, investment, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice
  • Very large monorepos or multiple release paths unless a separate scope is agreed before purchase

What the price changes

Public tools show the method. The review applies it to your release path.

The free software stays useful on its own. The paid engagement is different because the analysis, evidence references, and implementation order are specific to the accepted public repository and decision.

Buyer FAQ

Resolve the boundary before you request the work.

These answers describe the fixed offer. Written scope acceptance controls if a repository or request is unusual.

01What does the paid review provide that the free utilities do not?

The free utilities expose reusable local decision boundaries. The paid review applies related release-boundary reasoning to one named path in one public repository and delivers a repository-specific decision map, findings with evidence references, and a prioritized roadmap.

02Can KaldenFrame review a private repository?

No. The fixed Release Boundary Review uses public GitHub repository evidence and does not require or accept credentials, private source code, internal logs, customer data, or private-system access.

03What if the repository is a large monorepo or has multiple release paths?

The fixed engagement covers one bounded repository surface and one named release path. A large monorepo or multiple paths must be narrowed or separately scoped in writing before payment; a custom engagement is not promised.

04Is the Release Boundary Review a security audit?

No. It is an architectural and evidence-boundary review, not penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, security certification, compliance attestation, legal advice, deployment approval, or a guarantee of safety.

05Does the review include code or workflow implementation?

No. The report identifies and sequences recommended changes, but code changes, workflow modification, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support are outside the fixed engagement.

06When does the five-business-day delivery clock begin?

The clock begins only after KaldenFrame has accepted the scope in writing, received a complete non-sensitive intake, and confirmed payment.

07How do payment and refunds work?

Scope and payment instructions are confirmed by email before payment; no web checkout is active. A full refund is available before analysis begins. If the accepted scope is not delivered, the remedy is a full refund or another mutually agreed resolution.

08Is the synthetic sample customer work?

No. The Northstar Relay sample is wholly fictional and demonstrates the report structure and reasoning density. It is not a real repository assessment, customer result, vulnerability report, or evidence of customer outcomes.

Ready to evaluate the fit?

Send the public repository, name the release path, and state the decision.
