Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the KaldenFrame Labs website and, unless a product page or agreement states otherwise, products and services offered through it.

Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the site, its infrastructure, other users, or third-party services. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse credentials, introduce malicious code, or use the site to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Products and technical materials

KaldenFrame Labs may offer software, datasets, research artifacts, technical tools, experimental outputs, documentation, or related digital products. Product pages may include additional license, delivery, support, usage, refund, or eligibility terms. If product-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, technical and experimental materials are provided for informational and technical use and are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether a product is suitable for your intended use.

Evidence Preflight

Evidence Preflight is a documentation aid. A complete card does not establish that a claim is correct, causal, reproducible, safe, or fit for a particular decision. The utility does not inspect underlying data or verify sources. You remain responsible for reviewing the evidence and protecting any sensitive information on your device or in files you export.

Artifact Admission

Artifact Admission is a local consistency and policy-admission tool. An ADMIT decision does not create or verify a cryptographic signature, prove build provenance, scan an artifact for vulnerabilities, establish that evidence is correct, or guarantee that an artifact is safe or fit for use. You remain responsible for protecting policy files, approved verifier identities, the system clock, and the workspace evaluated by the tool.

Attempt Boundary

Attempt Boundary runs commands explicitly named in an operator-controlled plan. Its receipt records only what the wrapper observed and controlled. It does not sandbox commands, prove that unrelated processes avoided protected paths, prove that a command did not read a file, establish host integrity, sign or attest receipts, or guarantee that an executed job was correct, safe, reproducible, or fit for use. You remain responsible for reviewing executable plans, protecting sensitive command arguments, and applying appropriate operating-system isolation.

Before purchase, the paid software delivery and maintenance guide consolidates the exact-version delivery, verification, retention, support, replacement, update, and compatibility boundaries below. These terms or an accepted written order control if they expressly differ.

Local Input Receipt

Local Input Receipt v1.0.0 was withdrawn as a standalone paid offer on 2026-09-29 and no new orders are accepted. Its former $79 USD price is historical, not a current offer. The private implementation, wheel, tests, and delivery archive remain unpublished and are not relicensed by the withdrawal or public evaluation materials. Any written agreement already accepted before withdrawal would control its delivered bytes; this public record does not represent that any such customer order exists.

A request is not an accepted order, and availability is not guaranteed until KaldenFrame Labs accepts it in writing. Standard delivery is due within two business days after written acceptance, complete non-sensitive billing and Python-version intake, and payment confirmation. Delivery includes the v1.0.0 commercial archive, installable wheel, source, receipt schema, synthetic case, tests, checksums, license, and one consolidated installation support email received within thirty calendar days after delivery.

Before delivery, written cancellation receives a full refund. After digital delivery, the license is non-refundable except when the delivered files are corrupt or materially incomplete and KaldenFrame Labs does not provide a conforming replacement after prompt written notice. If KaldenFrame Labs cancels before delivery, amounts paid for the canceled order are refunded.

The tool records and compares portable relative paths, byte lengths, and SHA-256 identities for one explicitly selected local file or directory. It does not establish provenance, authorship, completeness, semantics, independence, replay readiness, reproducibility, security, safety, compliance, or fitness. The buyer remains responsible for selecting the input, reviewing the output, preserving trusted copies, and deciding whether and how to use it.

Tabular Shape Receipt

Tabular Shape Receipt v1.0.0 was withdrawn as a standalone paid offer on 2026-10-02 and no new orders are accepted. Its former $39 USD price is historical, not a current offer. The private implementation, wheel, tests, and delivery archive remain unpublished and are not relicensed by the withdrawal or public evaluation materials. Any written agreement accepted before withdrawal would control its delivered bytes; this public record does not represent that any such customer order exists.

The former standard delivery boundary was two business days after written acceptance, complete non-sensitive billing and Python-version intake, and payment confirmation. The former delivery set included the v1.0.0 commercial archive, installable wheel, source, three output schemas, exact/shape/drift synthetic cases, tests, checksums, license, and one bounded installation-support email. These historical terms do not reopen ordering.

Former refund and replacement terms remain relevant only to an order accepted before withdrawal: written cancellation before delivery received a full refund; after digital delivery, the license was non-refundable except for an unremedied corrupt or materially incomplete delivery; seller cancellation before delivery required a full refund. No customer, accepted order, cancellation, refund, or defect is implied.

The tool reads one explicitly selected local UTF-8 CSV, JSONL, or NDJSON file under declared parsing and resource limits. It records exact source identity and a value-redacted retained shape. It intentionally retains column names, source basename, and exact source SHA-256, but does not write raw rows, samples, extrema, quantiles, frequent values, individual row hashes, or absolute source paths to the receipt. EXACT_MATCH, SHAPE_MATCH, and DRIFT do not establish provenance, authorship, completeness, semantic correctness, independence, distribution stability, absence of leakage, security, safety, compliance, or fitness.

Replay Input Preflight

Replay Input Preflight v1.0.0 is private-delivery, source-available software licensed for perpetual internal use by one purchasing legal entity. It permits internal installation, testing, business use, backups, and protected contractor use solely for the licensee. It does not permit redistribution, sublicensing, resale, publication, public hosting, third-party service-bureau use, removal of notices, or offering a derivative product to third parties. A written order or signed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these standard product terms.

The $99 USD price is one-time for the exact delivered v1.0.0 bytes. It does not include replay execution, semantic or independence validation, data repair, custom implementation, future versions, ongoing support, security work, compliance work, or outcome assurance. READY is a bounded mechanical result under the supplied contract, not permission to execute.

Target-Blind Feature Freezer

Target-Blind Feature Freezer v1.0.0 is private-delivery, source-available software licensed for perpetual internal use by one purchasing legal entity. It permits internal installation, testing, business use, backups, and protected contractor use solely for the licensee. It does not permit redistribution, sublicensing, resale, publication, public hosting, third-party service-bureau use, removal of notices, or offering a derivative product to third parties. A written order or signed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these standard product terms.

The standard price is $249 USD, one time. A purchase request is not an accepted order, and availability is not guaranteed until KaldenFrame Labs accepts the order in writing. Standard delivery is due within three business days after written acceptance, complete non-sensitive billing and runtime intake, and payment confirmation. Delivery includes the v1.0.0 commercial archive, installable wheel, source, three schemas, synthetic cases, tests, checksums, license, and one consolidated installation or contract-format support email received within thirty calendar days after delivery.

Before delivery, written cancellation receives a full refund. After digital delivery, the license is non-refundable except when the delivered files are corrupt or materially incomplete and KaldenFrame Labs does not provide a conforming replacement within ten business days after prompt written notice. If KaldenFrame Labs cancels before delivery, amounts paid for the canceled order are refunded.

The freezer performs metadata-only mechanical selection under operator-authored roles and policy. A frozen manifest does not establish that roles are correct, upstream computation was target-blind, hidden proxies are harmless, leakage is absent, selected features are useful, or a model is valid, safe, compliant, or fit. SHA-256 values identify bytes but are not signatures, attestations, or trusted timestamps.

Temporal Boundary Auditor

Temporal Boundary Auditor v1.1.0 is private-delivery, source-available software licensed for perpetual internal use by one purchasing legal entity. The license permits internal installation, testing, business use, and backups, including use by contractors solely for the licensee under protective confidentiality and license restrictions. It does not permit redistribution, sublicensing, resale, publication, public hosting, third-party service-bureau use, removal of notices, or offering a derivative product to third parties. A written order or signed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these standard product terms.

The standard price is $499 USD, one time. A purchase request is not an accepted order, and availability is not guaranteed until KaldenFrame Labs accepts the order in writing. Standard delivery is due within three business days after written acceptance, complete non-sensitive billing and runtime intake, and payment confirmation. The delivery includes the v1.1.0 commercial archive, installable wheel, source, schemas, synthetic cases, tests, checksums, license, and one consolidated installation or contract-format support email received within thirty calendar days after delivery.

Do not send datasets, credentials, private source code, customer data, regulated data, or material you are not authorized to disclose with a purchase or support request. The standard purchase does not include customer data review, implementation, pipeline integration, Parquet support in v1.1.0, ongoing monitoring, a security audit, compliance certification, or a custom feature commitment.

You may cancel in writing for a full refund before delivery. After digital delivery, the fee is non-refundable except where the delivered archive is corrupt or materially incomplete and KaldenFrame Labs does not provide a conforming replacement within a reasonable time. If KaldenFrame Labs cancels before delivery, it will issue a full refund.

The auditor performs aggregate mechanical checks under a user-supplied audit or clock-probe contract. A PASS does not establish factual correctness, and a top-ranked or DOMINANT clock interpretation does not establish the true clock. No result establishes complete lineage, causality, absence of every temporal leakage channel, statistical validity, compliance, production safety, or fitness for a decision. SHA-256 values identify bytes but are not signatures, attestations, or trusted timestamps. The licensee remains responsible for data rights, contract configuration, independent review, and use.

Release Boundary Review

The standard Release Boundary Review covers one public GitHub repository, one named release workflow or path, and one release decision described in an intake that KaldenFrame Labs accepts in writing. A request is not an accepted order. Very large monorepositories, generated or vendor-heavy repositories, multiple release paths, private systems, or materially incomplete intake may be declined or require a separate written scope.

The standard deliverable is one written technical report containing a release-decision map, repository-referenced evidence and attempt-boundary analysis, gap assessment, and prioritized implementation roadmap. It includes one consolidated follow-up email received within seven calendar days after delivery. Unless a written confirmation states otherwise, delivery is due within five business days after KaldenFrame Labs has confirmed all three conditions: accepted scope, complete intake, and payment.

You represent that you are authorized to request review of the repository and materials you identify. The standard review uses public evidence only. Do not send credentials, secrets, private source code, customer data, regulated data, or material you are not authorized to disclose. Repository changes after scope acceptance are not automatically included; the report addresses the public state reasonably available during the review.

The Release Boundary Review is an architecture and evidence-boundary review. It is not code implementation, deployment approval, ongoing monitoring, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, security certification, compliance attestation, legal advice, or proof of correctness, safety, fitness, or release success. You remain responsible for independent review and every decision to modify, deploy, promote, or rely on a system.

No payment is requested until scope is accepted. You may cancel for a full refund before analysis begins. After analysis begins, the fixed fee is non-refundable except if KaldenFrame Labs does not deliver the accepted scope; in that case, KaldenFrame Labs will offer a full refund or another remedy agreed with you in writing. KaldenFrame Labs may cancel and refund an engagement if later-discovered conditions make the accepted review unsafe, unauthorized, or impracticable.

You may use and share the delivered report for your own or your organization's purposes. KaldenFrame Labs retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, tools, and general know-how. No right to publish KaldenFrame Labs' private working materials or misrepresent the report as a certification is granted.

Purchases and payments

Prices, billing cadence, delivery details, and any applicable refund terms will be presented at or before purchase. Payment instructions are provided through the identified billing channel after any required scope confirmation. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified with those instructions. The payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy practices to payment processing, taxes, disputes, refunds, or merchant-of-record services where applicable.

Intellectual property and licenses

The site and KaldenFrame Labs materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing or accessing a product does not transfer ownership of underlying intellectual property except to the extent an applicable product license expressly grants rights. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or provide unauthorized access to paid or licensed materials unless the applicable license permits it.

Third-party services

The site may link to or depend on third-party services. KaldenFrame Labs is not responsible for third-party services outside its control, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except for any express commitments stated for a specific product. Experimental, research, and data products may contain errors, omissions, revisions, or limitations. We do not guarantee that any product will produce a particular commercial, technical, financial, or research outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaldenFrame Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Any direct liability will be limited as permitted by applicable law and, where appropriate, by the terms presented for the relevant product or transaction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site, products, or services change. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Material product-specific changes may be communicated through the relevant product or customer channel where appropriate.
