The input is local
You can point a Python 3.11+ environment at one regular file or directory.
Withdrawn standalone offer · v1.0.0 · No new orders
Point Local Input Receipt at one file or directory. It writes a portable manifest of relative paths, byte lengths, and SHA-256 identities, then compares a later copy as MATCH or DIFFERENT. Your bytes stay local.
No new standalone orders are accepted. The private implementation, wheel, tests, and delivery archive remain unpublished and are not relicensed by this withdrawal. The public evaluation contains synthetic records only.
The implemented workflow was not sufficiently differentiated from capable free hashing and directory-comparison substitutes to keep a paid shelf position.
The strict schema, synthetic inputs, expected receipt, changed comparison, and checksums remain public for inspection.
The private implementation remains unpublished. Withdrawal grants no software license and makes no customer-demand claim.
Supported decision
Use it before a handoff, review, archive, analysis run, or other workflow where “the same folder” is too vague. The receipt is portable across absolute locations and ignores timestamps, usernames, and host details.
Fast fit check
You can point a Python 3.11+ environment at one regular file or directory.
Paths, sizes, and hashes answer the question; semantic validation is a different job.
v1 refuses symbolic links and non-regular filesystem entries instead of following them.
You want a durable JSON/Markdown record and later comparison, not a monitoring service.
Preserved private runtime contract
python -m local_input_receipt create ./input --label handoff --out receipt-pack
python -m local_input_receipt verify receipt-pack
python -m local_input_receipt compare receipt-pack ./inputcompare exits 0 for MATCH, 2 for DIFFERENT, and 1 for invalid input, an invalid pack, or an operational error.

No new orders are accepted. Use a native checksum, recursive hashing tool, or directory-comparison utility when that solves the job; inspect the current catalog for separately differentiated KaldenFrame offers.
